In "The Waste Land," T.S. Eliot wrote:
April is the cruellest month, breedingBut I think you should think of April as National Humor Month as well as being National Poetry Month.
Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing
Memory and desire, stirring
Dull roots with spring rain.
Why not save get your dull roots out of the spring pain and rain and save time by combining both of those celebrations by reading (or listening) to some humorous poetry. You might want to start with some Billy Collins.
